Anuradha D Reddy, MD, a rheumatologist from Baltimore, Maryland, has been sworn in as the 107th president of the Baltimore City Medical Society. Many dignitaries from the government attended the presidential installation dinner on January 30. Reddy is the seventh woman president and second Indian to be inaugurated in the 205-year history of the Baltimore City Medical Society.In her inaugural speech, Reddy called for more active participation by women physicians.
